So people on social media especially on Facebook and Instagram can’t even share a photo of the Navratri celebration. In Teva, Facebook and Instagram have launched a number of features and content programming to make the virtual Durga Puja celebration entertaining.

These features include special AR filters and stickers. Users can create stories, reels, Facebook posts and programming content with specific hashtags like # DurgaPujo2020, #ShubhoMahalaya, #FBDurgaPujo, #IGDurgaPujo.

You will get these new features

Facebook has introduced an AR filter called 'Pujaparikrama'. This will allow users to feel the Pooja and Pandal Festival experience virtually. It has also introduced an AR effect called 'Durga Pujo'. This will allow a casual tilt of the head to switch between mother Durga and the asura. With the help of these features, users will be able to create more attractive stories.

Facebook and Instagram have also launched Durga Puja GIFs. Searching for the word 'Pujo' can make Instagram stories and reels better.

Due to the coronavirus, Durga Puja Festival will be held live on different platforms across the country, including West Bengal, this year. You can join the puja through FB Live, Post and IG Stories. People will be able to watch the pooja rituals from various Facebook live of the pandals from the comfort of their home.
