1. Commercial gas cylinders became cheaper

The price of commercial gas cylinders has been reduced. In Delhi, the price of a 19-kg commercial cylinder has come down from Rs 2,219 to Rs 2,021. Similarly, a cylinder will now cost Rs 2,140 in Kolkata as against Rs 2,322. In Mumbai, the price fell from Rs 2,171.50 to Rs 1,981 and in Chennai from Rs 2,373 to Rs 2,186.

Accordingly, the price of a gas cylinder has been reduced by Rs 198 in Delhi, Rs 182 in Kolkata, Rs 190.50 in Mumbai and Rs 187 in Chennai. Commercial cylinder rates were reduced by Rs 135 in June last month. However, no relief was offered by the oil companies in the domestic gas cylinder. In Delhi, a 14.2 kg gas cylinder is priced at Rs 1,003.

2. Now you have to pay a charge of Rs.1000 for linking Aadhaar-Pan

From today, you will have to pay a charge of Rs 1,000 to link the page with Aadhaar. You used to pay Rs 500 till June 30, but now you have to pay Rs 500 more.

3. TDS will be levied on cryptocurrency transactions

From now on, if a cryptocurrency transaction exceeds Rs 10,000 within a year, it will be charged 1 per cent. The Income Tax Department has announced TDS Disclosure Norms for Virtual Digital Assets (VDAs). All NFT or digital currencies will come under its purview.



4. Demat account without KYC will be deactivated

The last date to do KYC for demat and trading accounts was June 30, 2022. In this case, if you do not KYC the account, it will be deactivated. This will prevent you from trading in the stock market. Even if a person buys shares of the company, these shares cannot be transferred to the account.


5. Buying a motorcycle will be expensive

6. 10 percent TDS has to be given on the gift

Tax deducted at source (TDS) at the rate of 10% on any gift received under the business. This tax will be levied on doctors and social media influencers. However, this tax will be levied on social media influencers only if they keep the goods obtained from a company for marketing. TDS will not be charged if he returns the goods.

7. Toll tax has to be paid more

Toll rates on Delhi-Dehradun Highway (NH-58) have been increased on July 1 (Thursday from 12 noon). The toll rate was not increased in the lockdown. From July 1, people passing through here will have to bear an additional cost ranging from Rs 5 to Rs 80.
